Portabella Mushroom Burger
I am very impressed with my self, i can cook well when I am following a recipe but it is not very often that I get creative and come up with my own. Last night I decided to make myself a portabella Mushroom "burger" for dinner. I'm a little tired of the usual things that I have been cooking so the mushroom burger sounded like a nice change.
